The aim of this course is to take you through what self-determination theory (SDT) is and how you can use it as a personal trainer to better run your business and create a motivational environment for your clients. Not only can SDT be applied to how we run our businesses, it can also be applied heavily to coaching and the way you market your service offerings. 6 videos 9-18 mins long, total course length approx 1 hours 10 mins (videos only, allow extra time for learning, note taking and application).
