This course covers 6 key areas that can impact mental health (How to separate worth from work, how to overcome imposter syndrome, how to work with challenging clients and employers, how to reduce stress and burnout, how to cope with body image anxiety and how to have a healthy relationship with social media). Each lesson contains supporting materials to help you work on these areas of your life.

This was originally run as a mentorship so ignore any references to calls or a Facebook group but the content is really helpful for self guided work too.
