This course focuses on exploring Motivation, Self Control and Goal Setting. It aims to foster basic critical thinking regarding behaviour change. It has a specific focus on the areas of behaviour which hold the most relevance for a Personal Trainers practice, exploring the best ways to approach improving client motivation, persistence, goal achievement and satisfaction. 18 videos 9-40 mins long, total course length 6 hours 32 mins (videos only, allow extra time for learning, note taking and application).

The aim of this course is to take you through what self-determination theory (SDT) is and how you can use it as a personal trainer to better run your business and create a motivational environment for your clients.
