THIS PROCESS IS NOT WORKING AS WE WOULD EXPECT AND YOU MAY HAVE ONLY BEEN UNSUBSCRIBED FROM ONE OF OUR LISTS.

WE ARE WORKING TO FIX IT HOWEVER IN THE MEANTIME IF YOU WISH TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MORE LISTS PLEASE EMAIL ADMIN@LIFTTHEBAR.COM

APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE

We’re sorry to see you are unsubscribing from our updates. There are multiple lists so it is possible to choose to reduce the emails rather than remove them all completely. We highly recommend keeping the weekly update email and scanning it regularly to keep up to date with new events and resources however you can also find this information on the member news page of the site.

Please note: This will not stop your invoices, emails from the site relating to your access or courses you take or emails relating to your payments / account.

Please also note: Stuart’s newsletter is managed separately

DETAILS OF WHAT EACH LIST IS USED FOR:

Weekly Updates – used for Claire’s weekly email. Normally sent on a Sunday this email contains information on upcoming events and webinars as well as new resources.

LTB Member Communications – This is used for adhoc communications, including Gregg’s programming series, Stuart’s communications about webinars sent a day or 2 before the event, general updates and helpful information.

Commercial Gym Trainers – A new list that will be used for communications we feel are of particular interest to commercial gym trainers (please note this will not include information on general resources or events which are useful for everyone)

Facility Owners – This list is used for communications we feel are of particular interest to facility owners (please note this will not include information on general resources or events which are useful for everyone).

Welcome Information – This list is used for our welcome emails which are mostly spread over 2 weeks and include all the information we think you’ll find useful when you sign up. (Please Note if you’ve recently signed up then the number of emails will reduce once you are past your fist few weeks)
